WCS10
Resin-bonded, dry-film lubricant/nonstick coating series for dry lubrication in high-speed and/or low-temperature environments. This coating series reduces friction, offers excellent chemical resistance, provides the greatest operating temperature range of any fluoropolymer coating, prevents scoring and galling, as well provides secondary lubrication in the event of failure of the primary (conventional) lubricant.
Designed for: extreme performance racing components, rotary actuators, bearings, carburetors, chutes, conveyors and agricultural tools.
Available in a wide variety of colors.
WCS1110
The WCS1110 Series is a resin-bonded, dry-film lubricant/nonstick coating series for dry lubrication in high-speed, and/or low-temperature environments.
This series provides excellent chemical resistance with the greatest operating temperature range of any fluoropolymer coating.
Typical applications include: extreme performance racing components, rotary actuators, bearings, carburetors, chutes, conveyors and agricultural tools. This coating series reduces friction, prevents scoring and galling, as well provides secondary lubrication in the event of failure of the primary (conventional) lubricant.
This series is designed to perform in extreme operating temperatures with superior abrasion resistance. Many colors are available utilizing Hentzen’s Universal Color Concentrate technology.

WCS14
This fastener-class coating line contains significantly more bonding resin relative to PTFE lubricant content. This produces harder finishes that are more abrasion-resistant, glossier, and less porous.
WCS14 series coatings have Improved friction and abrasion resistance over WCS10product lines. Typical applications include: hinge pins, piston casings, compressors, fasteners, and rotary components.
WCS24
This low-friction coating series boasts extreme corrosion resistance. Designed for fasteners, piston casings, compressors, and other industrial applications, this fastener-class coating material is a waterborne/VOC-compliant, resin-bonded, thermally cured, single-film, dry lubricant.
It is primarily formulated for use on fasteners to prevent corrosion and facilitate make-up torque.

WCS25
Extreme pressure coatings which are waterborne/VOC-compliant and formulated for high-pressure, low-speed applications. WCS25 provides long-term lubrication for bearing surfaces subjected to extreme pressures up to 150,000 psi.
The coating uses a unique dual lubrication system of PTFE and MoS2, offering a superior option to “moly” greases that wash away, or PTFE coatings which have the potential to “cold flow.”
WCS25 resin-bonded lubricants stay on the job, even in harsh chemical environments.

WCS52
This series coating is used in high-pressure, low-speed, wear prevention applications. WCS52 provides long-term lubrication for bearing surfaces subjected to extreme pressures up to 150,000 psi (10,500 kg/cm2). WCS52 utilizes PTFE and MoS2 dual lubrication systems to create a surface superior to washable greases and other PTFE coating brands.
Our resin-bonded lubricants in WCS52 stay on the job, even in harsh chemical environments.
Typical applications include bearings, valve springs, sealing rings, and petrochemical processing components.
WCS70
This coating line provides lubrication with extra corrosion protection. WCS70 is used to coat large studs (B7), nuts, flanges, and related hardware for sub-sea and splash-zone service.
Due to it's predictable, low-friction properties, less “make-up” torque is required to produce the specified tension. The low-friction properties also reduce “break-out” torque, which allows removal of bolts with a wrench instead of a blowtorch.
Can be applied over phosphate or other pretreatment on studs/bolts to achieve up to 3,000 hours salt spray protection.

WCS13
Dry-film lubricant for outstanding wear, chamical, and abrasion resistance. This line is used for petrochemical, pipeline, and offshore down hole tools.
Available WCS131 contains less PTFE for when abrasion resistance is more important than lubrication. This line is the preferred option for offshore BOPs.
